HR Functional Lead Consultant

About the Role

Join Accenture's Talent & Organisation (T&O) practice, where we help organizations transform their workforce, operating models, and ways of working to unlock sustainable business value. As an HR Functional Lead Consultant, you will work with stakeholders to assess current HR operations, design future-state processes, and develop operating model solutions that enable business transformation. This role combines consulting, process transformation, and operating model expertise to deliver meaningful organizational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design new HR business processes tailored to business and transformation requirements.
• Conduct current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) process mapping activities.
• Perform fit-gap analysis to identify process, policy, and solution gaps.
• Facilitate business requirements gathering workshops with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Drive HR process standardization and harmonization initiatives across business functions.
• Support the design and implementation of target HR operating models.
• Develop innovative solutions using established methodologies, tools, and assets.
• Implement programs and interventions that support organizational transformation and business readiness.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful adoption of new processes and ways of working.

Required Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Business Operating Model.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR transformation, business process consulting, operating model design, or related disciplines.
• Strong experience in process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and business requirements gathering.
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to articulate value cases and develop business cases that demonstrate how technology impacts people, processes, and operating models.
• Passion for leveraging AI and proven experience applying AI-powered tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to improve productivity, analysis, and business outcomes.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
