Essential Functions:
- Conducts assessments of patients' behavioral and emotional needs.
- Develops and implements individualized behavioral intervention service plans. Monitors and documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans as needed.
- Trains and coaches the treatment team to implement designated teaching procedures.
- Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and connection to ongoing services.
- Performs data collection and analysis for patient specific plans and site-wide procedures.
- Provides education and support to patients and their families.
Education Requirement:
Master's degree in psychology or a related field, or completion within 1 year of hire, or equivalent education or certification and experience, required.
Licensure Requirement:

Certifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst(BCBA), preferred.
Skills:
- Ability to work independently, be self-directed and manage schedule in accordance with clinical standards.
- Ability to work with behaviorally challenging children and adolescents in an inpatient setting.
Experience:
Two years of direct experience with populations who present with disruptive behavior disorders or intellectual and developmental disabilities, required.
