WHO WE ARE

We’re Talking Rain Beverage Company, we create better-for-you beverages featuring great flavors and colors from natural sources. We live life in full flavor and believe the world should too. We create connections with every sip of our iconic Sparkling Ice, Sparkling Ice Caffeine, Sparkling Ice Energy, and Popwell.

When it comes to success, we know we’re only as strong as our team. That's why we're an equal-opportunity employer. We value diversity and practice inclusivity, hiring great people who enhance our company.

Our Rain Makers are our most important asset. That’s why we invest in them with benefits and development opportunities that reflect just how much we value them.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Our efficient, committed Supply Chain team builds partnerships to get the right product to the right place at the right time. Logistics? Ready to pivot.

In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day fulfillment execution for dedicated customer accounts, partnering across Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, Quality, and distribution teams to protect service, support launches and promotions, and proactively resolve issues before they impact the customer.

Reports to: Sr. Manager, Customer Fulfillment

Direct Reports: N/A

Location: Hybrid at our Preston, WA office 3+ days a week

*While we strive to offer flexibility, this role also requires it. There may be times when you're expected to come onsite outside your typical in-office days to support special projects, team events, or other business needs.

Annual Bonus Potential: 8% - Eligibility is based on the company hitting annual financial targets.

Hourly Rate: $29.00 - $37.00

Note: New hires typically receive between minimum and midpoint, however, we may go slightly higher based on experience, internal equity and market.

  • Manage and drive KPI performance of your assigned account(s) through daily management of inventory, demand planning inputs, order scheduling, and order fulfillment execution.

  • Own communication across all partners for your dedicated customer — including the DC, Supply Chain Services, Sales, and Quality — and help drive corrective actions to resolve service, inventory, or execution issues.

  • Execute customer programs, promotions, and new product introduction (NPI) activities using established playbooks, timelines, and customer-specific requirements.

  • Support setup and maintenance of promotional SKUs, customer launches, and account-specific requirements, with minimal rework.

  • Monitor execution accuracy, track case-fill performance to TR goals, and flag operational risks or gaps to senior team members early and clearly.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure basic alignment and readiness for promotions, launches, and ongoing fulfillment needs.

  • Build foundational knowledge of customer expectations, promotional mechanics, launch processes, and order fulfillment.

  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

We spark joy with every sip. And we’ve found a lot of value in in-person connections! As a young, fast-growing company, we’re still creating and refining the systems that will fuel our future growth. Onsite presence is beyond collaboration, and here is why onsite presence matters:

  • Enhances customer responsiveness – Being onsite ensures faster turnaround for customer-impacting issues, from quality checks to urgent order adjustments.

  • Reinforces culture and shared accountability – Working side-by-side fosters trust, shared ownership, and a stronger connection to our mission.

  • Enables richer, faster feedback loops – Real-time observation and discussion with Rain Makers across departments help us spot gaps, adapt processes, and improve outcomes immediately

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience will be considered.

  • One (1)+ years of experience in a customer-facing supply chain, customer service, order management, logistics, distribution support, or related role; beverage, CPG, or food manufacturing experience a plus.

  • Foundational understanding of order fulfillment, inventory, and service KPIs such as case fill; eagerness to learn order-to-cash, demand planning, and promotional/launch execution.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams; ability to organize information, spot issues, and communicate clearly.

  • Exposure to ERP or order management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics) or willingness to learn; EDI or customer portal familiarity a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to follow established playbooks, meet timelines, and escalate appropriately with guidance.

  • Strong learning agility and a collaborative, accountable, and curious approach — someone who acts with urgency, applies feedback, and builds trust with cross-functional partners.
