We are looking for a new team member to join a busy community practice that specializes in comprehensive, general pediatric care. Skills and Qualifications:

- Master's degree from an accredited Physician Associate program

- Valid state licensure and certification as a Physician Associate

- Proven experience in a clinical setting preferred

- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety standards, and ethical practices

- Compassionate approach to patient care and problem-solving abilities

Requirements

  

- Conduct patient histories, physical examinations, and assessments

- Diagnose and treat common illnesses and injuries under the supervision of a physician

- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to determine the best course of treatment

- Develop and implement patient management plans

- Prescribe medications and other treatments within scope of practice

- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care

- Document patient encounters accurately and maintain detailed medical records

- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
