At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), we’re seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team in Raleigh, NC. As a valued member of our collaborative and supportive team, you will work together to transform the lives of individuals by providing a comprehensive range of services that treat the whole person and empower patients to find their way forward.
Position details: Part-time, M-F shifts times from 12pm to 4pm (20hrs. per week)

What You’ll Do:
Your care will make a huge difference in the lives of the children/adolescents you will be helping. Behavior technicians work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans. They will help clients with day-to-day activities, social interactions, record and collect data on client's progress, and communicate with client’s families.

What We’re Looking For:
To join our team, you must have a willingness to provide care in various community settings. We require:
- High School Diploma or GED is required. College degree is preferred.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required upon hire, must be active and in good standing, and the certification must be maintained throughout employment.
- Must possess unrestricted, state appropriate driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.
- Experience in Education, Child Development, Psychology, Autism, or Applied Behavior Analysis is preferred.
- Proven experience working with individuals with autism and their families (preferred).
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work with staff, clients, and stakeholders in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy to learn.
