Program Summary

As part of the LOGCAP NORTHCOM scope, KBR provides rapid response support to scheduled and unscheduled U.S. Army training exercises. KBR’s LOGCAP team successfully completed another year of support to Warfighter operations by providing typical LOGCAP services at two locations.

Job Summary 

KBR is seeking a Logistics Warehouse General Foreman for a temporary assignment located in Dona Ana, New Mexico. Projected assignment dates are September 15, 2026, through November 15, 2026 but could be subject to change. This position requires a commitment of approximately 70 hours per week and supports military dining facility operations in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Roles and Responsibilities 

The Food Service General Warehouse Foreman supports military dining facility operations by receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing food service supplies and rations. Responsibilities include:

  • Receive, verify, and issue food service items in accordance with established procedures.
  • Utilize Temperature Measuring Devices (TMDs) and receive rations delivered via Class I trucks.
  • Operate company vehicles, including large box trucks, to transport supplies and materials.
  • Issue rations using DA Form 3161 and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Ensure proper receipt, storage, rotation, and distribution of food service items using FIFO and other applicable storage requirements.
  • Establish and maintain documentation files; prepare required reports and records.
  • Coordinate material and equipment movement, stage supplies, and support warehouse operations.
  • Set up and maintain work areas, including performing housekeeping and cleanup activities.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures, including the use of required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Perform moderate to heavy lifting as required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications) 

  • Minimum of one (1) year of documented, relevant experience.
  • Working knowledge of applicable regulations and publications, including DA PAM 30-22 and FM 10-23.
  • Experience using the Army Food Management Information System (AFMIS).
  • Familiarity with military food service regulations and policies, including the Tri-Service Food Code (TB MED 530).
  • Proficiency in receiving rations and supplies and verifying shipments against receiving documentation.
  • Ability to manage shelf-life items and maintain proper stock rotation.
  • Experience processing Cost, No-Cost, and Production Transfers.
  • Ability to store, stack, palletize, stage, and issue materials in accordance with established procedures.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, storage, and property accountability procedures.
  • Current SERV Safe Certification.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • A REAL ID is required for base access. Candidates without a REAL ID must possess a valid U.S. Passport to gain installation access.

  

Preferred Qualifications (Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications) 

  • Previous experience in Class I yard operations.
  • Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment.
  • Advanced working knowledge of AFMIS.
