What you'll be doing:

We are looking for a junior lawyer to join Avon PL Legal Team to provide day-to-day legal advice for Avon Companies in Poland (manufacturing site, distribution, sale to customers, finance services hub).

Key responsibilities:

• participation in drafting, reviewing and negotiating of contracts (i.a. various T&Cs for purchase and sale, NDAs, distribution agreements, contract manufacturing, logistics services, etc.);

• advising on EU consumer law (review of marketing materials, consumer-facing claims, e-commerce, Omnibus pricing);

• providing support for sales and omnichannel teams (legal review of business projects, support relations with the field, draft documents: regulations, rules of competitions, etc.);

• cooperating with the HR Team, to ensure compliance with PL and EU Labour Law;

• cooperating with Business Development and Regulatory Teams, opening new channels and broadening Avon portfolio;

• translating legislative initiatives and changes in regulations into practical implementations for Avon companies in PL;

• current corporate support (shareholders meetings, board meetings, registering changes in the National Court Register, UBO and AML inquiries)

What we're looking for:

• have a Master's degree in law (PL)

• have at least 3 years professional experience, including some inhouse expertise;

• be able to work independently;

• have strong business acumen and communication skills to provide legal insights to business colleagues in a precise and understandable manner (avoid legal jargon); 

• be a fluent English speaker;

• be open, enjoy working with people from different teams and countries on regular basis.

• polish bar admitted - legal advisor/advocate will be an asset
