About the Role 职位概述

Join Covestro's Special Films (SF) team as a Regional Technical Product Management Expert, where you will be the cornerstone of product quality and stewardship for our commercial film products. As the APAC go-to expert for Flexible Films, you will bridge local operations with global technical communities, ensuring product reliability and customer satisfaction across the region.

Key Responsibilities 主要职责

Own and maintain product specifications for the GUA site — building, reviewing, and updating them while aligning internal capabilities with external customer requirements. 负责广州工厂产品规格的建立、审核与更新，在满足外部客户要求的同时，充分考量内部生产能力。

Drive complaint resolution by coordinating with QA, P&T, and global TPM teams, tracking KPIs, and implementing proactive preventive measures to uphold product quality. 主导客户投诉处理，协同质量保证、工艺技术及全球技术产品管理团队，追踪关键绩效指标，推动问题根本解决并落实预防措施。

Manage product documentation and registration — maintaining TDS, product information, and critical-to-quality parameters in Covestro's PLM database in collaboration with cross-functional SF departments. 管理产品文件与注册，在PLM数据库中维护技术数据表、产品信息及关键质量参数，与SF各职能部门协作完成。

Coordinate sample testing and product audits with the Technical Center Films, sharing technical expertise and supporting application-related testing initiatives. 协调样品测试与产品审计，与薄膜技术中心合作，分享技术经验并支持应用测试项目。

Represent SF GUA in Global TPM communities, serving as the APAC liaison for Flexible Films and driving cross-regional collaboration. 代表广州工厂参与全球技术产品管理社区，担任柔性薄膜亚太区联络人，推动跨区域协作。

Requirements 任职要求

Education 学历要求 Bachelor's degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related engineering discipline. 化学工程、化学或相关工程专业本科及以上学历。

Experience 工作经验 Minimum 3 years of industrial experience in quality assurance, quality management, or product/process development; experience with polymer films, film coating, or conversion is a plus. 至少3年质量保证、质量管理或产品/工艺开发相关工作经验；具备聚合物薄膜、薄膜涂层或转化加工经验者优先。

Technical Skills 专业技能 Proficiency in technical writing and statistical analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab); working knowledge of ISO 9001 or equivalent quality systems; understanding of chemical formulation, film & coating ingredients, and international labelling conventions (CAS#, EU regulations) is required. SAP familiarity is a plus. 熟练掌握技术写作及统计分析工具（如JMP、Minitab）；熟悉ISO 9001或同等质量体系；必须具备薄膜与涂层化学配方、原料成分及国际标签法规（CAS#、欧盟法规）相关知识；熟悉SAP系统者优先。

Communication 沟通能力 Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese; ability to lead cross-functional team projects. 具备优秀的中英文双语口头与书面沟通及演讲能力；能够主导跨职能团队项目。

Digital Competency 数字化能力 Strong computer skills and digital affinity are essential; comfortable working across office, laboratory, and production floor environments. 必须具备较强的计算机操作能力和数字化意识；能够灵活胜任办公室、实验室及生产现场等多种工作环境。
