Description
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
Team Overview
Anduril’s Technical Publications organization supports complex hardware, software, autonomy, and defense systems across multiple divisions, business lines, and programs. This role gives Technical Publications leadership the current, well-sourced information they need to manage requirements, deliverables, briefings, and follow-through across the department.
Role Specifics
As the Technical Publications Program Analyst, your mission is to keep Technical Publications leadership current, prepared, and able to make decisions without chasing information across the department. You will turn program requirements, contractual deliverables, leadership requests, and cross-functional inputs into clear trackers, briefing materials, and action records that leadership can trust and act on immediately. This role supports the day-to-day operation of the department: requirements tracking, CDRL and DMRL management, leadership briefings, cross-functional coordination, and the business-operations work that supports a growing team. The right candidate keeps the record current, drives open items to completion, and maintains accurate status without prompting.
What You’ll Do
- Gather, reconcile, and track technical publication requirements across programs, contracts, standards, and customer deliverables.
- Track CDRL, DMRL, and other committed deliverable schedules and keep leadership current on what is due and what has changed.
- Build and maintain trackers, decision logs, action records, and status materials that leadership and the Operations Manager rely on.
- Prepare briefings, status summaries, planning materials, and decision documents for leadership.
- Coordinate cross-functional follow-through across Technical Publications, Mission Readiness, Engineering, Program Management, Training, ILS, Support, and Product.
- Support leadership reviews, agendas, pre-reads, action tracking, proposals, and the administrative work that supports department operations.
- Handle sensitive business and personnel information with discretion while keeping the record accurate and current.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in program analysis, business operations, project coordination, technical operations, or a similar role in an environment with formal requirements or customer deliverables.
- Strong written communication and presentation skills, including preparing materials for senior leadership.
- Strong organizational discipline and attention to detail across multiple concurrent assignments.
- Ability to maintain accurate trackers and status records that others can trust for decision-making.
- Ability to reconcile conflicting inputs from multiple stakeholders and turn them into a clear current record.
- Experience maintaining milestone and deliverable discipline where Draft, Preliminary, and Final states materially change what is considered done.
- Must be eligible for Secret and higher security clearance (US).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in aerospace, defense, robotics, autonomy, software, hardware, or another complex technical environment.
- Familiarity with CDRLs, DMRLs, formal documentation requirements, or similar deliverable tracking structures.
- Experience supporting leadership staff work, operational planning, executive briefings, or program reviews.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration and work-tracking systems.
- Familiarity with technical publications, Mission Readiness, ILS, training, or program-management workflows
