Mechanical Engineer 기계 엔지니어 (과장급)

근무지:

• 여의도 JLL 본사

• 주 1회 이상 성남시 분당구에 위치한 고객사 오피스로 출장 포함

담당업무:

• Collaborate with JLL PDS and multidisciplinary teams on mechanical system design and coordination

• Manage interface between building mechanical systems and process equipment

• Review design documents, technical specifications, and contractor submittals

• Oversee HVAC, gas systems, cleanroom environmental systems, cooling infrastructure, plumbing, and fire protection systems

• Provide technical support during construction, including site inspections and RFI responses

• Support and oversee commissioning activities to ensure system reliability and compliance

• Identify and mitigate technical risks from design through project handover

자격요건:

• 기계설비 관리 경력 최소 5년 이상 

• 기계설비, 공조냉동 관련 자격증 소지자 우대 

• 업무관련 영어 활용능력(Speaking & Writing) 가능자

• 운전면허 및 차량소지자 필수

• Clean room 공사 또는 유지보수 경력 우대 (필수 아님)

• CAD 가능자 우대(필수 아님)
