Business Standards Development: Develop, follow, and improve business standards within the organization and drive standardization across multiple global sites.
Stakeholder Integration: Serve as the key integration point between Strategic Planning, Construction, Tool Install Design, Installation, Manufacturing, and Process Engineering teams throughout all stages of layout development.
As a Successful Candidate, You Will Bring:
A collaborative mindset with a strong tolerance for ambiguity and the skills to thrive in a team-oriented culture
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the skillsto summarize and present data effectively to diverse audiences
Proven skills to negotiate with and influence key stakeholders
