The main duty of the incumbent is to support the below client service activities for accounts managed by Front Office Relationship Managers (RM) based out of overseas BOS locations as well as Singapore.
Key responsibilities include:
Wealth Management Front Office / Clients trade support and risk controls
Support RMs in trade execution, provision of financial advisory services and coordination of client instructions across full range of investment products and services offered by the bank, banking, credit and retails banking needs (subject to local regulatory restrictions).
Coordinate with Investment Advisors (IA); Operations, Product Specialists, Credit, Compliance and other stakeholders.
May involved stagger hours working timing: current Account Mgmt. Team coverage hours: 9am to 11pm SG time Monday to Friday
Assist with account unblocking for trades, when necessary, with approvals handled by Onshore & offshore RMs/ARMs.
Checking margin status, cash and sufficient holdings for orders prior to trade execution.
Ensure that all disclosures are done by RMs/IAs and relevant documents to be signed and/or sent to client are completed.
Work with the RMs/IAs to ensure that the necessary documents have been sent and signed.
Operational support
Support the onshore RM to host the client in the SG BOS office and perform client servicing tasks as required.
To assist with blocking/unblocking requests for selected accounts to facilitates trading activities.
To process client static data updates
Cash Management: to manage money market loan and deposit placement and renewals, ensuring required margin availability are in place.
Manage Corporate Actions activities including client communications and processing of client’s instructions.
Respond to queries from clients and/or internal stakeholders during Singapore hours (prior to Onshore location opening hours) to minimize turnaround time for Onshore RMs/ARM
Process letter of instructions from the client.
Payments and transfers
Perform urgent call backs as per callback procedure received during SG hours or public holidays for all Front Office RMs.
Ensure payment requests are submitted prior to currency payment cut off.
Resolve and rectify any issues and follow up with clients for any missing or invalid payment details during Singapore hours
Process end - end Portfolio Transfers, adhering to internal checks and requirements, to ensure sufficient margin.
To obtain Credit Monitoring approval for leverage accounts.
New Account Opening
New Client account on boarding: to be an intermediary between the RM/Assistant Relationship Managers (ARM) & the clients for rectifications or clarification
Assist RMs in onshore locations in coordination with Compliance/Operations teams on any outstanding matters as required
Responsible for setting up accounts in discretionary or active mandates.
Credit – with varying detailed scope depending on locations
Handle credit-related tasks such as applications, renewals, changes, and mortgage redemptions.
Coordinate with external parties like lawyers for property matters.
Follow up with clients for necessary documents, property valuations, and insurance renewals.
Update internal records when action has been taken to manage credit limits or margin calls.
Work with clients on plans during margin or liquidation calls, while keeping relevant team members informed.
Manage credit card applications and monthly payments
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ related experience in UHNW Wealth Management. client servicing or Front Office sales support with multi-national private banks
Ability to work with complex structures for Wealth Management. new account onboarding and formalities ongoing documentation requirements
Sound knowledge of Wealth Management products and services including investment products
Proficiency with financial tools such as Reuters/ Bloomberg is preferred
Good understanding of Wealth Management credit such as lending and leverage
Excellent communication and client interfacing skills
Meticulous, strong attention to detail and problem solving
Possess future oriented mindset, strive to innovate, highly independent, willing to take ownership and adapt to changes
Must be a strong team player and possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to integrate quickly into an established team
Good collaboration with cross-divisional and multi-functional teams

Completed CACS assessment preferred
Staggard working hours are required for this role (Weekly rotation basis from 9am to 6pm and 1pm to 10pm)
