Frame Assembly

Description

At ECS Composites, we manufacture rugged products used in military, aerospace, commercial, and industrial applications around the world. As part of our Frame Shop team, you'll help assemble the frames and components that go into products built for quality, durability, and performance.

Like working with your hands and seeing what you accomplished at the end of the day? This could be the job for you.

Our Frame Shop team works Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, giving you three-day weekends, plus occasional Friday overtime during our busy season for those looking to earn even more.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assemble frames and components according to work instructions and specifications
• Measure, align, fit, and fasten parts during the assembly process
• Install hardware and other components as required
• Use hand and power tools safely and correctly
• Read work orders, drawings, and production instructions
• Verify parts and materials before beginning assembly
• Inspect completed work for proper fit, alignment, and overall quality
• Identify and report damaged, incorrect, or defective parts
• Make adjustments as needed to ensure assemblies meet quality standards
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
• Help identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency

Physical Requirements:

• Standing and walking throughout the shift
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and kneeling
• Gripping, handling, and positioning parts and materials
• Using hand and power tools throughout the workday
• Working around manufacturing equipment
• Performing repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining attention to detail
