Knowledge & Value Enablement Analyst
Objectives
The contract position offers you:

Opportunity
Role Title: Knowledge & Value Enablement Analyst
The Knowledge & Value Enablement Analyst will join our Technology Foundations & Value Enablement (TFVE) organization supporting the development and enhancement of our knowledge management platform on Confluence. Under supervision and guidance, you will focus on creating user-friendly documentation, organizing information architecture, and designing optimal user experiences for our internal knowledge base. The ideal candidate for this role has creative computing skills with an interest in user experience design and content management systems.
This role also supports the IT Finance team and Planview Portfolio Management by maintaining, validating, and improving the data quality of Planview workspaces and resources to ensure accurate reporting, forecasting, and portfolio governance decisions, furthering value enablement practices in the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement user-friendly information for the TFVE knowledge base on Confluence
- Create engaging, accessible content including templates, guides, and documentation
- Research and apply best practices for knowledge management systems
- Understand how employees interact with and consume information
- Design intuitive navigation structures and content organization systems
- Develop visual elements and interactive components to enhance user engagement
- Assist with content migration and organization from various sources into Confluence or into SharePoint
- Follow Sun Life brand style guides and content standards for consistency
- Test and validate usability of knowledge base resources with end users
- Help maintain and optimize the technical performance of Confluence pages
- Contribute to user feedback collection and analysis to improve the knowledge base experience
- Update and maintain workspace and resource data in Planview
- Verify Planview required fields are completed and conform to established standards.
- Assist IT Finance team members with ad hoc data quality, validation and governance requests
Key Skills
- Familiarity with Confluence or similar platforms
- Experience with design principles and methodologies
- Creative computing skills including web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Visual design capabilities and attention to detail
- Content organization skills
- Basic understanding of user research methods
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on user needs
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies quickly
- Comfort with gathering and incorporating user feedback for iterative improvements

Salary Range: €37,400 - €50,500
At our company, we are committed to pay transparency and equity. Your actual base salary will be determined based on your unique skills, qualifications, experience, and education. In addition to your base salary, this position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive award based on your individual performance as well as the overall performance of the business. We are dedicated to creating a work environment where everyone is rewarded for their contributions.
