AR, Credit and GL Accountant

Mission

Support the company’s financial operations by managing Accounts Receivable, Credit and General Ledger activities, ensuring financial accuracy, timely collections, compliance with company policies, and support for month-end closing and inventory control processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, payment allocation, and collections follow-up.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Process credit and debit notes with appropriate approvals.
• Prepare financial and cost analysis reports.
• Support month-end closing activities and account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams to resolve customer issues.
• Support inventory control and stock-taking activities while ensuring compliance with policies and audit requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, General Ledger, or Accounting.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills.
• Experience in account reconciliations and month-end closing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
