HVM WET/CMP Sr. Manager in Micron, you are accountable to continuously improve the defense lines in all aspects to enable and assure wafer quality surpass critical metrics and achieve Best-In-Class performance. This scope of HVM WET/CMP Sr. Manager run across Yield enhancement from new technology start-up, Quality improved by wafer performance matching, process capability control SPC/FDC and advanced detective solutions, Output increased through activities which collaborated w/ ME, Manufacture, Cost saving by exciting team member to find out opportunity and Talent Development. Besides this, All activities need to collaborate with OMT/ Micron Networks to achieve KPIs and win customer total satisfaction.

In Fab, this position requires collaborating with Fab Manufacturing, Equipment, Facility groups and Process Integration, Yield, Defect and Quality group to perform the Best Quality / Mature Yield / Maximum Output / Low Cost.

In Micron network requires collaborating with Global functions as well as interaction with procurement and materials suppliers to drive the roadmap to support Fab KPI with excellence. objectives.

The Process Senior Manager role provides an outstanding opportunity to lead a team of ambitious engineers in Taiwan. You will play a vital role in ensuring flawless execution of our advanced process techniques, contributing to Micron's mission to enrich lives through technology.

## Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers to successfully implement and optimize diffusion processes.
  • Develop and complete strategies to enhance process efficiency and yield, ensuring world-class standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and resolve process-related challenges.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, always following industry standards and Micron's high expectations.
  • Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.
  • Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.

## Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in semiconductor process engineering, with a focus on diffusion.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully leading engineering teams and projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of diffusion process techniques and industry standards.
  • Baseline digital fluency, with the ability to use AI-assisted tools to support research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving, or operational tasks relevant to the role.
