Meet the team:

Perform inspections, check testing and sampling procedures for product manufacturing processes. Carries out packaging line, manufacturing inspections and sampling and testing of incoming components and raw materials to ensure that company standards are met. Monitors critical equipment and instrumentation. May provide input on draft procedures and assist with validating or troubleshooting testing methods, including assays. May apply approval or rejection labels to bulk raw materials once analytical data is evaluated. Where you come in:

  • You are responsible for supporting material flow, part storage, and accurate inventory transactions within the MRP system.

  • You perform visual and dimensional inspections, testing, and quality control activities for incoming, in-process, and finished materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.

  • You utilize your technical aptitude to interpret drawings, perform geometric tolerance evaluations, inspect electronic assemblies, and apply acceptance sampling plans.

  • You assist with daily workload distribution and help ensure departmental priorities and operational goals are achieved.

  • You support new hire training activities and maintain accurate training records for the department.

  • You manage the filing and archiving of Receiving Inspection Reports and other quality documentation.

  • You identify problems, investigate root causes, and recommend timely, cost-effective solutions that meet quality requirements.

  • You collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and participate in department meetings as needed to support business objectives.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 6-8 years of related experience and High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
