Reporting to the Program Manager the Carrier Readiness Call (CRC) Coordinator will support the CVN ROC by coordinating meeting logistics, maintenance data reporting, and administrative oversight for the ROC Manager and subject matter experts, supporting CNAL Code N47.

 

This is a contingent position expected to be located in Norfolk, VA. The pay range for the position will be provided at the time the position is no longer contingent.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the CRC Coordinator for the ROC Manager and SMEs/Specialists, collaborating with CNAP/CNAL and external stakeholders (NAVSEA, PMS 312, NSWC, NNSY, CVNs) to investigate and analyze maintenance and operational data.
  • Provide administrative review and tracking of ROC policies and requirements to ensure compliance with OPNAV instructions.
  • Maintain CRC calendars and schedules using Outlook, and manage Microsoft Teams accounts for stakeholder collaboration.
  • Create Excel-based reports using pivot tables and translate information into dashboard summaries; assist/coordinate ICAV events.
  • Oversee the creation, quality, processing, and transmission of maintenance data, and summarize weekly events into executive summaries and monthly reports.
  • Provide feedback to maintain process performance and data quality, and develop recommendations for CVN process and policy improvement.
  • Bid and proposal support if requested.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • An active secret clearance is required to be considered for this position.
  • HS Diploma required.
  • Five (5) years' experience collecting, reviewing, and analyzing maintenance/logistics data (CSMPs, CASREPs, INSURV, OaRS, MFOM, DRRS-N, NDE).
  • Five (5) years' experience with Navy maintenance databases (e.g., OMMS-NG, VSB, MFOM, OaRS, NDE, CDMD-OA) and analytical/data retrieval software tools.
  • Five (5) years' experience assisting or coordinating ICAV events.
  • Fluent in Naval Aircraft Carrier references and standards per Naval Instructions.
  • Must possess basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Must possess strong time management skills.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
  • Travel Required ~10% travel required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with coordinator operations and call/case routing across multiple communication channels (web, chat, email, SMS, mobile, fax, phone, mail).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing administrative priorities across multiple stakeholders.Comfortable presenting executive summaries and status reports to ROC leadership.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain seated in a stationary position 50% of the time. Must also be able to alternate between sitting, standing, and walking.
  • The work requires some physical exertion, such as long periods of standing, or recurring and considerable walking, stooping, bending, crouching, and climbing such as performing regular shop activities, inspections, or to observe and study operations in an industrial or comparable work area, or on-board ships, submarines, and/or in weapon facilities.
