The role is structured for Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 AM to 5 PM, making it an ideal fit for professionals seeking to balance work with other commitments.  Send your resume so we can set up a time to meet the dr and staff.Duties and ResponsibilitiesConduct initial dental assessments and prepare patient for dental examinations.Perform routine dental cleanings and assist in the management of oral hygiene practices.Apply preventive materials to the teeth (e.g., sealants and fluorides).Take dental radiographs (x-rays) and provide proper care and maintenance of dental equipment.Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health (e.g., tooth brushing, flossing and nutritional counseling).Assess patient oral hygiene problems or needs and maintain health records. Requirements Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a dental office.Proficiency in using dental software and computerized office applications.Strong understanding of dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain effective rapport with patients, dentists, and other staff members.
