We’re looking for a Treatment & Patient Care Coordinator to be the hub of our front office and patient journey.What You’ll DoPatient Experience & SchedulingWelcome families warmly and keep check-in/check-out efficient and accurate.Manage scheduling, cancellations, no-shows, and reschedules with care.Ensure patient data and insurance information are entered correctly.Treatment & Financial CoordinationExplain treatment needs (including orthodontics and specialty services like frenectomy) clearly to families.Present financial responsibilities with transparency and confidence.Support families in making informed decisions about their child’s care.Team & AccountabilityHelp track key performance indicators such as call conversion, retention, and patient flow.Coach front desk team members through role-plays and scripts for phone calls, financial discussions, and treatment presentations.Recognize great performance and support teammates in growing their skills.Operational ExcellenceAudit scheduling efficiency and ensure HIPAA compliance.Lead weekly check-ins to review progress, track completion of tasks, and celebrate wins.Partner with the team on community promotions and patient marketing.What We OfferCompetitive hourly pay   + with growth opportunities401K eligibility & paid time offHealth & wellness team daysContinuous training & CE (including a $500 annual stipend)Employee bonus program tied to KPIsDental care for your child(ren)Supportive, fun, and mission-driven work environmentScheduleMon–Thurs: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (DC office 11-7 pm M)Fri: 8:00 AM–2:30 PM One Saturday/month during non-summer monthsLocations:2013 Bunker Hill Road NE, Washington, DC8500 Annapolis Road, Suite 213, New Carrollton, MD✨ Ready to grow your career and make kids smile every day?Apply now to join the Children’s Choice Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics family
