Manager Qualifications - A great manager believes in the therapeutic benefits of Massage Therapy, and has the following:
- Experience in management including but not limited to experience as a sales manager, operations manager, and/or general manager.
- Has excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly.
- Implement structure, policies, and procedures.
- Customer Service oriented
- Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectation, goals, and delegate
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence
- Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills

Job Responsibilities
- Reporting to the CEO / Owner, the Manager, Studio Operations is responsible for multiple areas of operational support functions, which include but are not limited to the oversight of the massage therapist, wellness membership advisors (WMAs) in areas of guest experience, survey administration, membership and enhancement metrics and contest, and other special projects as assigned.
- This person is required to regularly report performance to senior leadership, massage therapists, and WMAs.
- The position requires ongoing interface with key vendors and clients to help grow and enhance the brand, leverage internal and external relationships, and enhance guest satisfaction through a variety of tools.
- This position also requires conducting room audits, inventory control and other actions as necessary.
