Eliot's Developmental Disabilities division is seeking a Community Supports Case Manager. This division offers support and opportunities for individuals to enrich their lives, obtain housing and employment, develop personal skills and competencies, and enjoy a full range of community activities while developing a network of caring relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience working with adults with developmental disabilities and will have the ability to advocate for community supports and services on behalf of the individuals. |
