What You’ll Do

As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you’ll help create a polished, friendly, and fun shopping experience for customers looking for everything from apparel and accessories to luggage, baby gifts, and special-occasion finds.

You’ll:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that fit their needs, style, and occasion.
• Share product knowledge, current promotions, features, care instructions, and gift ideas.
• Recommend complementary items and help customers discover thoughtful, unexpected finds.
• Support fitting rooms, replenishment, pricing, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
• Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, inviting, and ready for a busy holiday shopping day.
• Assist with receiving merchandise, inventory-related tasks, seasonal displays, and special projects.
• Work collaboratively with fellow associates and leaders to support department and store goals.

Requirements

• Comfortable learning point-of-sale systems and using basic computer tools.
• Available to work a flexible seasonal schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Previous retail, merchandising, apparel, baby, luggage, or POS experience is helpful—but a positive attitude, reliability, and genuine enthusiasm for customer service matter most.

• Schedule: Seasonal, with full-time or part-time hours potentially available based on business needs
• Classification: Hourly, non-exempt

This position requires standing and walking for extended periods, including up to eight hours; lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds with or without assistance; and regularly bending, reaching, using step stools or ladders, and moving merchandise or displays.
