Salesforce Solution Owner (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Across Salesforce and connected enterprise applications, you set the functional and technical direction for Sales, Service, Field Service, and PreSales
• Working closely with Product Owners, business teams, Enterprise Architecture, and IT leadership, you turn strategic goals into scalable solution designs and clear platform priorities
• You shape an integrated end-to-end architecture that connects product domains, supports global standards, and remains manageable as the business evolves
• For complex dependencies across teams and delivery streams, you bring the right people together, drive decisions, and keep roadmaps aligned
• Clear governance, technical standards, and architectural guardrails help you reduce unnecessary variation and protect the long-term quality of the platform
• Along the customer journey, you identify where standard Salesforce capabilities can simplify processes, improve integration, and create measurable business value
• Modern engineering practices and AI-assisted tools form part of your approach to improving delivery speed, documentation, testing, and solution quality

What we are looking for

• Extensive experience with Salesforce or complex CRM environments gives you the depth to guide enterprise-scale solutions from strategy through delivery
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Field Service helps you assess options and make sound platform decisions
• In cross-functional or international initiatives, you have led architectural discussions, resolved competing priorities, and created alignment between business and IT
• A solid understanding of integrations, APIs, and enterprise architecture enables you to design connected solutions rather than isolated applications
• When priorities conflict, you communicate clearly, facilitate decisions, and balance long-term platform goals with operational needs
• Business-fluent German and English allow you to work confidently with stakeholders across locations and functions
• Product Owner, CRM, or architecture certifications, along with experience in DevOps, CI/CD, MuleSoft, SAP integrations, or enterprise middleware, strengthen your profile
