Job Description:
The purpose of the position is to supervise the logistics operators (warehouse, transport) in the CEE cluster to ensure continuity of supply to all customers according to the level of quality and timeliness of service agreed in the commercial terms. Cooperation with sales, planning and customer service departments to improve service quality. Does the consolidation at CEE cluster level.

What would be your key responsibilities?
Oversees the quality of warehouse and transportation operations
Reports and analyzes key performance indicators of logistics operators: shipments, order accuracy, inventory turnover, etc.
Supports the settlement process of logistics services – analyzes the monthly report on dispatches, stored pallets & logistics operations
Regularly monitors the quality of services provided and the supplier market to ensure the appropriate level and cost
Manages logistics projects
Analyzes product damage data and implements corrective actions – damage value, impact on LCC costs
Ensures proper pallet flow: monitors pallet balances with customers, controls the quality and quantity of resold pallets, and settles invoices for their sale
In cooperation with the logistics operator, plans packaging material requirements for shipments and purchases them: shipping cartons, tape, film, labels, etc.
Prepares data for tenders for logistics services (warehousing, transportation), consolidate the data at the cluster level
Supports the CNE Logistics Operations Manager in conducting tenders for logistics services
Implements TQM procedures and ensures compliance
Conducts inventories and ensures their accuracy
Implements improvements in cooperation with 3PLs
Implements corporate guidelines on quality, safety and security for logistics operators
Takes part in in DQM and QMP audits and implements corrective actions
Documents the processes related to your area of responsibility for financial (ICE) and quality (QMP) audits
What are we looking for?
Computer literacy (very good knowledge of MS Office)
Higher education in Logistics or Supply Chain, or related
Good command of English
Analytical skills
Advanced knowledge of WMS/Navision systems
Knowledge of SAP S/4Hana will be beneficial
A high level of technical skills within Excel, PowerBI, Power Automate, data analysis would be preferred
