Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E2E Shipping & Supply Chain Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end logistics and supply chain activities, ensuring seamless execution of shipment processes, adherence to customer requirements, and delivery of high-quality operational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end shipment execution activities in accordance with customer requirements, SOPs/IOPs, and service commitments.
Coordinate with carriers, customers, warehouses, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless cargo movement and supply chain visibility.
Monitor shipment milestones, proactively resolve delays, exceptions, escalations, and customer inquiries with a solution-oriented approach.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipping and logistics transactions while maintaining high data quality and system integrity.
Drive operational excellence by conducting root cause analysis (RCA), supporting corrective actions, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
Ensure compliance with customer SOPs, regulatory requirements, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), while staying current with shipping regulations and supply chain processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Shipping, Transportation, or a related field.
Experience in End-to-End Shipping, Freight Forwarding, Logistics Operations, or Supply Chain Management.
Strong understanding of international transportation, import/export processes, and shipment lifecycle management.
Knowledge of ocean, air, inland transportation, customs, or warehousing operations is an advantage.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience conducting root cause analysis.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
