YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
As lead of the Mission Management team, candidate will lead a small team that supports customers who are integrating with Enterprise and IC Attribute and Authorization services. Mission Management support will be provided to:
· Aid development teams in understanding how to integrate and resolve issues with REST Services.
· Support end users to resolve issues where their accesses are being granted or denied incorrectly.
The candidate will use JIRA for ticket management and will provide support in a variety of methods not limited to e-mail, chat, and phone. Ideal candidate is someone who is an analytical thinker that enjoys solving puzzles/problems.
Requirements
· TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
· Extensive experience with customer ICAM solutions.
· Extensive experience resolving issues with customer ICAM solutions.
· Experience with or knowledge of:
o Online and telephone customer support
o LDAP directories
o SQL and basic database querying abilities
o RESTful services
o Public Key Infrastructure (PKI )
o Ticket tracking systems (e.g. JIRA, Redmine)
· Able to:
o Analyze system applications and perform troubleshooting.
o Understand and communicate complex software systems.
o Modify confluence pages and write technical documentation to support customers.
o Assist with educating/training customers on software capabilities.
o Assist with understanding and defining customer needs.
