To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Delivery Business Systems Analyst located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
The Delivery Business Systems Analyst role involves responsible for analyzing complex business problems to solve them with automated systems and will also be responsible for designed details for automated systems in order to make them more efficient. Supporting the IT system development projects team for the business, responsible for administering and maintaining the organization’s information systems to ensure that they function reliably and in accordance with user needs.
What a typical day looks like:
- Provide solutions to incidents of second and third functional and technical level.
- Record the occurrence and resolution of support incidents.
- Implementation and registration of permanent solutions to failures in IT services
- To diagnose quality problems of application data.
- Define, plan and implement preventive actions to avoid future incidents of known problems by the same source.
- Prioritizing and resolve support incidents generated in IT services.
- Ensuring the availability of floor control systems.
- Scale and ensure solving problems that cannot be resolved to the service provider.
- Install and update applications on servers that provide services to manufacturing
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Degree in Systems Engineering or a related field
- Intermediate-Advanced English.
- 100% on-site role.
- Schedule flexibility (for support) is essential.
- Knowledge of SQL Server databases required.
- Development skills.
- Basic knowledge of networking and technical support.
- Basic knowledge of servers.
