Do you want to help drive real change? We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Leader (CIL) for HV Breakers who is motivated to improve how we work, strengthen the organization, and create meaningful, sustainable improvements. In this role, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and play an important part in our continuous improvement journey.
The role is primarily focused on Operations and includes close collaboration with production, project management, manufacturing engineering, planning, and logistics. You will play a key role in driving improvements from idea to implementation and supporting the areas where improvement is needed most.
As a Continuous Improvement Leader, you will work closely with the business to deliver clear and measurable results. Together with Operations, you will improve ways of working, strengthen the continuous improvement culture, and increase the impact of improvement initiatives. Through structured problem solving, root cause analysis, and clear follow up, you will help ensure that improvements are implemented, sustained, and create long term value.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Lead datadriven improvement projects and make sure activities are prioritized based on business needs, strategic goals, and performance impact.
- Drive and accelerate problem solving within Operations using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to address recurring issues and ensure lessons learned are shared across the organization.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma (L6S) and other relevant improvement methods to identify waste, improve processes, and clarify responsibilities and interfaces between teams.
- Ensure clear governance, visualization, and regular follow up of improvement activities, ensuring results are measured against expected outcomes.
- Enable alignment and effective crossfunctional collaboration by clarifying responsibilities, interfaces, and agreed ways of working.
- Strengthen the continuous improvement culture by coaching managers and teams in Continuous Improvement and Lean Six Sigma methods.
Your Background
- You are a clear and confident communicator who enjoys collaboration with people across different functions and levels of the organization.
- Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is a mandatory requirement for this role due to the close collaboration with production. You are also fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- You have knowledge of Continuous Improvement, process improvement, or change management, gained through education and/or relevant work experience.
- You work in a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way, with the ability to drive improvements from idea to implementation.
- You have a Master of Science degree in a relevant field, such as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Development, or Quality Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
