Job Summary
You as a Human Resources Coordinator will be a key member of the Australia HR team, providing high-quality operational HR support across the employee lifecycle while partnering with leaders and employees to deliver an excellent employee experience. The role encompasses HR coordination, business partnering, and continuous improvement responsibilities, while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and Australian employment legislation.
How you'll make an impact
Coordinate HR administration activities across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
Prepare and manage employment contracts, contract variations, and HR documentation.
Support onboarding, offboarding, and probation review processes while maintaining compliance standards.
Maintain accurate employee records and confidential personnel information within the HRIS.
Conduct HR data audits, resolve discrepancies, and ensure data integrity across systems.
Produce HR reports and provide workforce data insights to support business decision-making.
Administer employee engagement platforms, surveys, recognition, wellbeing, and employee experience initiatives.
Ensure compliance with Australian employment legislation, company policies, and internal audit requirements.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements, maintaining HR documentation, and promoting a culture of safety and Zero Harm.
Your Background
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
2–3 years’ experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Advisor role.
Demonstrated experience providing HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle.
Experience using Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
