WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider to work PRN and join our location at FPN Carmel Family Medicine located in Carmel, IN. Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will be joining a busy practice that enjoy a supportive work environment and a great work life balance.
WHAT WE NEED:
Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. APP will need to work collaboratively with existing medical staff to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
Flexible PRN schedule
Office hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Average patient volumes: 15 – 20 per day
Virtual visits offered
Dedicated MA support
Laboratory and X-Ray on site
Onsite specialty services include Proctology, Breast Surgery, Orthopedics with additional specialties to be added with expansion
