 We are Opening a New Store in NE Lincoln, Nebraska.  

At Take 5, we do things differently. Our stay-in-your-car, hassle-free oil change experience puts convenience and customer service first—and that starts with strong leadership in every shop.

We’re looking for a Store Manager – Automotive Service who’s ready to lead a team, drive results, and create an outstanding customer experience every day. • Salary range: $50,000–$60,000/year, based on experience and potential

What We’re Looking For

Education

• Associate’s degree required 

• Bachelor’s degree preferred 

Experience

• At least 2 years of management experience in a retail or service environment 

• Experience overseeing daily operations such as scheduling, payroll, inventory, and cash handling 

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) 

Skills & Traits

• Strong organizational and time management skills 

• Self-motivated with a proactive mindset 

• Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team 

• Customer-first attitude with a focus on service excellence 

• Sales-driven with the ability to identify opportunities
