Job Summary: This role owns growth across both sides of the funnel — acquisition and retention — for our patient base. You’ll dig into our data to uncover new growth opportunities, whether that’s a new channel, an underused segment, or an untapped service line, and you’ll help shape the paid and lifecycle programs that turn those opportunities into results.
Job Responsibilities
Lead growth initiatives across the full patient funnel, from acquisition and paid marketing through onboarding, retention, and reactivation.
Dive into our patient cohorts to identify untapped segments of value and design corresponding campaigns that drive our highest value segments.
Leverage A/B testing and pilot programs to test new tactics, analyze results, and build the business case for those that deserve to scale.
Design retention funnels through email, SMS, and other channels that ensure patients stay on schedule, return for follow-up care, and reactivate those at risk of churn
Support our cross-sell efforts into cosmetic and allergy services, helping patients discover the full range of care Schweiger offers.
Help us think through expansion to additional verticals as Schweiger continues to grow.
Use behavioral insights and creative thinking to launch personalized, high-performing campaigns.
Design systems using AI to automate the team’s workflow, build dashboards and reports, and extract insights from our data
Work directly with operational and clinical stakeholders across our practices to design growth solutions that translate to real impact in our offices
Operate comfortably in ambiguity — defining the strategy and structure for new initiatives where there isn’t already a playbook.
Continuously test, learn, and iterate, bringing new ideas, channels, and technology to keep Schweiger’s growth engine best-in-class
Other duties as assigned by supervisor on an as needed basis.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in growth, lifecycle, or performance marketing, ideally in healthcare, healthtech, or other consumer businesses.
An analytically minded marketer who is comfortable with data — pulling it, interpreting it, and using it to find and prioritize new growth opportunities.
Experience across both retention/lifecycle tools (email, SMS, marketing automation) and paid acquisition channels (Google, Meta, Programmatic, etc.); comfortable moving between the two.
Forward thinker in using AI to transform the way they work more efficiently and uncover value within the business
Passion for healthcare and the patient experience, with a desire to help build something new at a fast-growing medical group.
Working knowledge of HIPAA & OSHA compliance
Compensation Range: $90,000-$110,0000
