Job Description
At QXO, we are looking for a highly analytical and data-driven Supply Chain Analyst to help optimize supplier performance, pricing strategies, rebate programs, and operational efficiency across our organization. In this role, you will leverage data and business insights to influence strategic decisions while partnering with internal teams, field locations, and key suppliers.

What You'll Do
- Analyze supply chain, pricing, spend, and supplier data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and process improvements.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable reporting tools, dashboards, and data workflows that support business decision-making.
- Partner with Procurement, Finance, Operations, and Field Teams to support supplier pricing initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
- Monitor supplier performance metrics, rebate programs, project milestones, and key supply chain indicators.
- Serve as a liaison between suppliers and field teams to help resolve ordering, shipping, and payment-related issues.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and present findings, recommendations, and business insights to Supply Chain leadership and other stakeholders.
- Develop models and scenario analyses to support strategic planning and supplier management decisions.
- Stay current on industry trends, analytics best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance reporting and decision support capabilities.

- Experience working with large data sets and performing quantitative analysis.

- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build effective relationships across teams and with external suppliers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of data modeling, dashboard development, and advanced reporting techniques.
Physical Requirements
Work is performed in a typical office environment and may require standing, bending, lifting boxes or packages under 10 lbs., and sitting for long periods of time.
Work requires regularly inputting/retrieving words or data into or from an automated/computer system.
Compensation Range:
$67,300.00 - $101,000.00To comply with Pay Transparency laws, employers must disclose an annual salary range. Actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also offer variable compensation.
