What you’ll do:
- Acting as a true brand ambassador, creating trusted connections with customers from tee to green.
- Managing orders with precision and efficiency.
- Resolving queries with care, professionalism, and personal touch.

What you’ll need in your golf bag:
- A passion for delivering brilliant customer service.
- Clear and confident communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to stay organised under pressure.
- A proactive mindset and strong team ethic.
- Comfort using email and Microsoft Office.
- An appetite for learning – we’ll provide you all the training you need.
