Job Description

Key responsibilities核心职责‌：

1. 培训项目执行与交付‌

‌交付实施：‌负责指定模块的培训资料审核与课程交付，并确保培训质量与学员满意度。

‌运营管理： 统筹培训前的需求调研、中期组织管理及后期效果评估，收集分析反馈数据，为培训优化提供依据。

‌2. BU培训体系搭建及专项内容开发

‌BU培训体系搭建：根据业务需求及组织商业能力的培养目标，主导搭建BU培训体系。

培训课件优化与制作：‌ 基于标准课程，结合BU业务的特点及挑战，对内容做针对性的编排整理，能够结合业务真实场景设计案例及多媒体培训方式。

商业能力评估与匹配：‌ 根据BU对团队的商业能力要求，进行定期的评估及分析，识别个人/团队的能力短板，提出针对性的建议和培训方案，以适配业务发展需求。

‌辅导机制搭建与执行：‌ 在BU内推动销售辅导（Coaching）文化的建立，通过辅导技巧的培训，工具的准备，协助带人经理掌握辅导技巧，定期追踪辅导覆盖率与有效性。

‌3. BU培训资源管理‌及运营

‌外部资源整合：‌ 管理外部培训供应商，确保外部采购培训资源的质量符合公司标准，并控制预算执行。

‌内部讲师运营：‌ 负责内部讲师（FST）的选拔、培养与日常激励，组织TTT（Train the Trainer）活动，提升内部授课能力。

Qualifications任职资格‌：

• ‌统招本科及以上学历，医学、药学、公共卫生等相关专业优先。
• 拥有10年以上医疗行业工作经验；非相关专业者，需在医疗器械或制药领域拥有5年以上销售或市场工作经验，并具备临床销售及服务背景。拥有扎实的专业知识和业务技能。
• ‌有过培训及授课，或者内部带教经验优先，对培训有热情，有强烈的使命感和责任心。
• 具备优秀的课件制作能力（PPT、视频剪辑等）及数字化学习平台运营经验。
• 能够运用数据进行培训效果分析，具备较强的逻辑思维能力。
• 执行力强：能够将战略目标拆解为可执行的行动计划，并确保高质量落地。
• ‌沟通协作：‌ 具备良好的跨部门沟通能力，能与销售一线建立信任关系。
• ‌业务敏感度：‌ 对医疗市场变化保持敏感，能快速理解业务语言并将其转化为培训内容。‌
