Summary:
As a Software Engineer Advisor, a typical day involves providing expert guidance to organizations aiming to enhance their software engineering processes and boost overall productivity. This role includes mentoring teams on adopting innovative engineering practices and supporting the design and modernization of software solutions. The position requires active collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing systems, fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to identify process improvements and implement best practices within software engineering operations.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development among team members to strengthen overall team capabilities.
- Support junior professionals by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing and compliance within SAP HCM environments.
- Experience in configuring and troubleshooting payroll modules to ensure accurate and timely payroll execution.
- Ability to analyze complex payroll scenarios and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with integration of SAP HCM Payroll with other enterprise systems and modules.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing payroll operations and enhancing system performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
