Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

1. Cost Monitoring & Analysis

• Track and monitor IT & Digital OPEX, CAPEX, subscriptions, and project-related costs.

• Perform budget vs actual vs forecast analysis with clear explanations of variances.

• Prepare cost trend analysis, run-rate tracking, and period comparisons.

2. Budgeting & Forecasting

• Support the annual budget and rolling forecast for IT & Digital.

• Work closely with IT/Digital teams to validate assumptions, phasing, and cost drivers.

• Identify cost risks, overruns, and optimisation opportunities early.

3. Business Partnering

• Partner closely with IT, Digital, and Project owners to understand initiatives and financial impact.

• Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.

• Support FC and management discussions on IT & Digital cost drivers and trends.

4. Reporting & Governance

• Prepare monthly IT & Digital cost reports for management review.

• Ensure consistency between IT/Digital cost reports and CS Finance records.

• Support ad-hoc cost analysis for management, Corporate, or internal reviews.

• Timely and accurate IT & Digital cost reporting

• Clear explanation of cost movements

• Improved forecast accuracy

• Strong working relationship with IT & Digital teams

Profile We Are Looking For

• Strong experience in FP&A, cost analysis, or management reporting

• Comfortable working with technology and digital cost structures

• Business-partner mindset with the ability to challenge assumptions

• Strong Excel and analytical skills

• Able to work independently with ownership
