Under supervision, performs complex, highly responsible and confidential secretarial and administrative support activities to executive level management.
Principle Duties
Performs complex secretarial and administrative support duties which include, but not limited to; creating/preparing general to complex correspondence and spreadsheets, preparing varied and complex reports, creating/designing general to complex PowerPoint presentations and presentation materials, scheduling and maintaining complex schedules in Outlook calendar, and overseeing and coordinating internal and external events.
Performs advanced administrative support duties which include, but not limited to; coordinating travel and accommodations and coordinating/ scheduling meetings and conference calls.
Handles executive-level internal and external communications which includes; handling incoming phone calls, returning phone calls, responding to voice-mails, managing incoming e-mails by forwarding and responding to emails as appropriate, and creating and mailing letters and memos on behalf of Executive.
Acts as project manager on assigned projects and provides administrative assistance as needed on other special projects.
Performs department records management duties (electronic and paper), including organizing, retrieval, archiving and storage.
Oversees and performs office management duties.
Performs general administrative support duties which include, but not limited to; opening and distributing mail, preparing outgoing mail, filing and file maintenance, and copying, faxing and scanning.
Qualifications
Education:
H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) GED or equivalent experience Required
Associate’s Degree (AA) Preferred or Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Preferred
Work Experience:
7+ Years secretary and administrative experience Required
Skills & Abilities:
Advanced Word, Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills Required
Basic math skills Required
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Required
Ability to work independently Required
Ability to be flexible when needed, take initiative, and demonstrate accountability. Required
Intermediate oral and written communication skills demonstrating ability to share and impart knowledge. Required

Compensation Range:
$57,300.00 - $81,870.00 AnnualBase pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan. RGA also maintains a full range of health, retirement, and other employee benefits.
