Job Summary
The Warehouse Receiving Supervisor will lead and supervise warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and overseeing receiving, storage, and distribution activities. This role involves monitoring team performance, implementing safety protocols, coordinating with logistics teams, and maintaining accurate inventory records through regular audits. The manager will assist in recruitment and training, resolve warehouse-related issues, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and develop process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.Role Description

Monitor team performance, providing coaching and support to improve productivity.
Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize warehouse operations.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity.
Assist in the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new warehouse team members.
Resolve warehouse-related issues, escalating to management when necessary.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in warehouse operations.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Other Requirements
Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required
1+ years of management experience preferred
2+ years of experience in Warehouse Operations or a related functional area
Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events
Ability to travel 15%
The base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000. The estimated on-target earnings, or OTE, which includes a base salary, is $50,000 - $70,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
