Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires integrating these solutions into robust production pipelines, whether deployed on cloud platforms or on-premises environments. The engineer actively works on implementing generative AI models and may engage in diverse areas such as deep learning, neural networks, conversational agents, and image analysis. Collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless deployment and operational excellence is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and efficiency in AI-driven projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of AI and machine learning models ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Strong experience in developing and deploying AI and machine learning models using Python.
- Familiarity with cloud AI services and integrating AI solutions into production pipelines.
- Knowledge of generative AI models and their practical applications.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Ability to work with image processing and chatbot development technologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
