Job Description & Summary: 

 
We are seeking a visionary technology leader with proven expertise in driving innovation and business growth in advanced telecom network technologies. The leader will spearhead the development and go-to-market (GTM) of 5G & 6G service offerings, leading multi-location teams, managing multi-million-dollar technology portfolios, and establishing strong CXO-level customer relationships. This role will be instrumental in capturing market share in private 5G and emerging network services, influencing industry standards, and building new business offerings aligned with the firm's emerging tech growth strategy. 

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute technology and GTM strategies for 5G and 6G network service offerings across telecom, enterprise, and government sectors. 

• Lead multi-geography engineering, consulting, and presales teams to deliver end-to-end network solutions including AI-native RAN, ORAN, Non-Terrestrial Networks, and Cloud-native platforms. 

• Build and nurture CXO-level customer engagements and partnerships with major telcos and enterprises to drive technology adoption and business growth. 

• Manage financial planning, cost governance, and commercial alignment of multi-million-dollar technology portfolios to achieve revenue targets. 

• Collaborate with industry standards bodies, government agencies, and strategic partners to influence national and global telecom policies. 

• Drive innovation by forging alliances with cloud providers, technology vendors, and research institutions for cutting-edge network solutions. 

• Establish process governance, operational excellence, and compliance frameworks for delivery and service operations. 

• Mentor and develop high-performing teams, driving culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and capability uplift. 

Mandatory skill sets: 

• Deep expertise in 5G and 6G network technologies including AI-native RAN, ORAN, NTN, and cloud-native architectures. 

• Proven leadership experience managing multi-location technical teams and large-scale telecom projects. 

• Strong business development and presales skills with a track record of engaging CXO- and senior-level stakeholders. 

• Experience in shaping technology roadmaps, GTM strategies, and managing multi-million-dollar P&L portfolios. 

• Excellent understanding of telecom industry ecosystem, standards, and regulatory environments. 

• Strong communication, thought leadership, and public representation capabilities. 

• Ability to integrate new emerging technologies and drive innovation at scale. 

Preferred skill sets: 

• Experience with private 4G/5G networks, military/emergency communications, and network security architectures. 

• Knowledge of AI/GenAI applications in telecom networks and digital twin technologies. 

• Exposure to strategic partnerships and alliances management, including cloud providers (AWS, Red Hat, VMware). 

• Academic and research contributions in wireless communications and network technologies. 

• Mentoring experience in startup or academic incubation ecosystems. 

Years of experience required: 

• 25+ years of progressive experience in telecommunications technology leadership and business growth roles. 

Education qualification: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Communications, or similar engineering discipline. 

• Master’s degree in Consultancy Management or equivalent. 

• MBA with specialization in Strategy and Leadership. 

• Fellowships or certifications in relevant technology domains (e.g., IETE Fellowship, NVIDIA Certified GenAI Advisor) are advantageous.
