- Physical product set-up: work with labels and retail partners to ensure that products are set up with correct metadata, pricing and assets ahead of launches. Collect all necessary physical assets for retail set-up (artwork specs, tracklists etc)
- Inventory & logistics: Assist with inventory management, tracking stock levels in central databases, coordinating reorders, and supporting shipping logistics to warehouses and retailers (domestic and international).
- Quality control & delivery: Gather, quality check (QC), and manage all required digital assets (audio files, high-res artwork, video assets, metadata) to support a physical release. Ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our retail partners, and test on retailer channels for accuracy.
- Web portal maintenance: ownership of web portal for product set-up, including maintenance of user logins, setting up new accounts and resetting passwords
- Reporting: Collate and publish reports, including ownership of pre order reporting.
