WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
As a Maintenance Team Coach, you will partner closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Production Leadership, Safety, Facilities, Planning, and Reliability teams to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of manufacturing equipment. You will lead a team of maintenance technicians while driving alignment across shifts and functional teams to support operational goals, equipment performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
- Technical degree, skilled trades certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- 3+ years of experience leading or coaching maintenance teams
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and maintenance planning processes
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and reliability principles
- Understanding of labor practices and employee relations fundamentals
- Experience conducting incident investigations and implementing corrective actions
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification
- State trade license or equivalent technical certification
- TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) certification
- Experience using SAP CMMS, PEGA, and related maintenance systems
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
As the Maintenance Team Coach, you will lead daily maintenance execution on the designated shift while ensuring the highest standards of safety, equipment reliability, and team performance. You will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, prioritizing work based on production requirements, and developing a high-performing team capable of supporting the evolving needs of Air Manufacturing Innovation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead maintenance teams in the execution of preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with all safety, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), permit, and regulatory requirements
- Prioritize maintenance work based on production schedules, operational risks, and business priorities
- Coordinate maintenance handoffs and communicate equipment status and critical updates to Production Leadership
- Drive equipment reliability improvements through effective maintenance planning and execution
- Develop team capability through coaching, training plans, skill matrices, and performance management
- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, inclusion, and continuous improvement
- Support troubleshooting and rapid response efforts to minimize downtime and improve operational performance
- Lead safety investigations, corrective actions, and risk reduction initiatives
- Ensure completion of required technical, safety, and compliance training across the maintenance team
- Monitor maintenance performance metrics and drive actions to improve results
