Supervising a team, ensuring productivity and compliance with SOPs
Investigating and resolving queries and anomalies discovered during the course of routine work and reporting these to the Ops Manager
In conjunction with the Ops Manager, mentoring and developing the team, addressing any performance issues and escalating as required
Providing timely feedback to the Ops Manager
Ensuring compliance within operations processes.
Assisting with facility management, escalating issues as required
Ensuring that the team achieve all productivity targets, and managing team members who fall short of the targets to meet the targets in the future.
Managing the team to ensure that all SLA’s are met on a daily basis.
Creating Daily work plans and assigning jobs to team members.
