Job Description

  • A bilingual incumbent of this role is required to review and process documents in both official languages (French and English) to meet our industry regulatory obligations. It is required that they demonstrate advanced communication skills in both languages.

  • You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement.

  • Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.

  • The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

The Content Coordinator, Bilingual, is responsible for the strategic planning, governance, and day-to-day management of content on Fidelity Canada’s intranet, inSite. This includes coordinating and publishing bilingual content, maintaining French content, and ensuring information is accurate, relevant, and aligned with business priorities and broadly supporting Fidelity Canada’s corporate goal of building a great place to work. The role partners closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify content opportunities, develop editorial plans, and align communications with corporate objectives.  

The Content Coordinator, Bilingual, develops and executes communication and content strategies, calendars, and tactics that support Fidelity Canada’s vision and business goals. By creating high-quality, impactful bilingual communications, the role engages employees, strengthens culture and brand, and provides communications guidance to stakeholders to ensure consistent, audience-focused messaging across the organization.  

Key Accountabilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of inSite content management in conjunction with intranet specialist(Fidelity Canada intranet): Daily coordination and posting of all content on the Home Page, including the management of the Homepage schedule; monitoring the inSite Admin Inbox and SharePoint request calendar; provide support and guidance to the editorial contributors with their content; creating content for posting; managing and creating inSite analytics reporting; creating surveys for Fidelity Canada teams; and train new publishers.   

  • Act as one of the key contacts for inSite, including integration of systems, processes and technologies, documentation of job processes, emergency/back up procedures, liaising with IS to facilitate any maintenance required, and assessing and onboarding new technologies.  

  • Support Fidelity Canada Culture – Work with internal partners to plan and execute cultural events, projects, and experiences. Examples include, but are not limited to, BBQ, Holiday Party, Family Day at Canada’s Wonderland, digital experiences, and more.  

  • Contribute to the growth of internal and external Fidelity Canada Social Media Channels by initiating content ideas and partnering with content providers in Corporate Affairs, Product, Marketing, Human Resources, and other departments.  

The Expertise You Bring:

  • Advanced Communication skills in French and English 

  • Attention to Detail 

  • Advanced Knowledge of and experience with digital technologies (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager) 

  • Organizational Skills  

  • Project Management Skills 

What We Are Looking For:

Experience

  • At least 2 years’ experience with content coordination (must have)

  • 2 years’ experience with intranet production is an asset (nice to have)

  • Experience with Emerging Technologies and/or AI (nice to have)

  • Experience with interpreting data in adobe analytics (nice to have)

Education

  • College degree or equivalent work experience

  • Post-secondary degree in communications, informational technology, social or digital media (must have)

For this role, your total rewards include:

  • Base Salary and discretionary Performance Bonus: Total annual cash compensation (base salary plus target bonus) ranges from $85,000 to $101,000 based on experience and qualifications

  • RRSP Contribution: After 6 months of employment, we invest in your future with an RRSP contribution—no employee matching required.
