## The impact you’ll make

In this role, you will help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our laboratory facilities by supporting day-to-day activities, maintaining an organized work environment, and contributing to the availability of essential laboratory materials and supplies. Through routine inspections and diligent record keeping, you will support compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements while helping to maintain a safe and reliable workplace. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and service providers to coordinate laboratory operations, support improvement initiatives, and ensure materials are received, stored, and managed effectively. By assisting with waste handling activities and participating in the on-call support program after qualification, you will play an important role in maintaining the continuity, safety, and overall effectiveness of our laboratory operations.

## What you’ll do

• Support the daily operation of our laboratory facility systems

• Conducting inspections, such as laboratory facilities and chemical storage areas.

• Basic maintenance and upkeep activities

• Assist in monitoring and supporting laboratory safety-related systems

• Support installation, modification, and improvement projects in laboratory areas
• Organize, order, and manage consumables, chemicals, gases and wafers

• Receive, store, and distribute laboratory and safety materials

• Assist with the safe disposal of chemicals and other waste materials
• Maintain operational records and document completed activities
• Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, and service providers
• Actively contribute to maintaining safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Participate in the on-call support rotation following appropriate training and qualification

## Who we’re looking for

• Completed vocational training (apprenticeship) or equivalent practical work experience
• Interest in technical systems and willingness to learn new tasks
• Experience in a manufacturing, laboratory, logistics, or industrial environment is an advantage
• Proficient in using MS Windows and MS Office applications
• Good German communication skills, both written and spoken
• Basic English language skills
• Independent, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
• Team player with the ability to work effectively in an international environment
• Strong commitment to safety and responsibility
• Willingness to participate in a periodic on-call duty

## What we`re offering

This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) forEmployees in the Metal Technology Industry

in the occupation group D or E depending on educational background. A higher payment is negotiabledepending on education, expertise and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
