Medium Voltage (MV) Terminator

B.H. Inc. is looking to hire a full-time MV Terminator to perform high-precision electrical installations and stress control in industrial settings. As an MV Terminator, you will earn $20-40 per hour (depending on experience). This position offers a steady schedule of 50 hours per week, providing excellent earning potential. This position requires complete travel. Qualified applicants may be eligible for per diem. You will also be eligible for benefits including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401k plan with match, and paid time off (PTO).

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

• Proven background and expertise in Medium Voltage (MV) Terminations.

• Previous 3M Certifications are highly preferred.

• Proficiency with MV tool kits and precision stripping/crimping techniques.

• Commitment to safety and high-quality craftsmanship.

• Ability to travel 100% of the time.

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE

As a specialist on our team, you will showcase your expertise by working on 35 kV stress cones, T-bodies, and splices. Your day-to-day will focus on critical electrical insulation and stress control tasks. Using specialized medium voltage tool kits, you will be responsible for:

Stripping, cutting, and crimping cables.

Utilizing shear bolts for secure connections.

Installing terminations within specialized electrical equipment, such as inverters.

Ensuring every connection meets rigorous safety and quality standards.
