About this Role

Senior P6 Scheduler – T&D / Utility Construction

Office Location: 15990 N. Greenway-Hayden Loop, Scottsdale, AZ 85260

Travel: Up to 20% domesticCategory: Project Controls / Scheduling

QISG is seeking a Senior T&D Scheduler to support major Transmission & Distribution and utility construction projects from engineering through construction and commissioning.

This is a hands-on Primavera P6 scheduling role for a scheduler who understands utility construction, field sequencing, critical path, and schedule recovery. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement, contractors, and field teams to develop and maintain accurate project schedules.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain CPM schedules in Primavera P6
• Schedule T&D, transmission, distribution, substation, and utility construction
• Build and update schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning
• Manage schedule logic, critical path, milestones, constraints, and baselines
• Incorporate field progress and provide schedule updates and forecasts
• Develop look-ahead and short-interval schedules
• Identify delays, schedule risks, and impacts and develop recovery plans
• Lead schedule reviews with project and field teams
• Perform critical path, float, what-if, and schedule impact analysis
• Develop resource- and cost-loaded schedules
• Support EVM, KPI, and schedule performance reporting

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of construction scheduling experience; 8+ preferred
• T&D, transmission, distribution, substation, utility, or power delivery experience
• Advanced Primavera P6 experience required
• Strong CPM, critical path, schedule logic, forecasting, and recovery planning experience
• Experience with resource- and/or cost-loaded schedules
• Experience working with engineering, procurement, construction, and field teams
• LSM experience preferred
• TILOS and/or Acumen experience a plus
• Strong communication and schedule presentation skills
• Ability to work on-site in Scottsdale, AZ
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred
