Conveyancing Fee Earner - Gateshead / Hybrid - Up to £50,000pa
Based at the Gateshead office and with hybrid working patterns available, we now seek an experienced Residential Conveyancer / CILEx / Licensed Conveyancer / Solicitor to join the team at this long standing Law Firm.

The Role
- Responsibility for managing your own full caseload
- Handling the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, new build transactions, re-mortgages, right to buy and help to buy schemes, from inception to completion
- Working as part of a close knit team towards common goals
The Person
- An experienced case carrying Residential Conveyancer
- Ability to title check unaided
- Experience seeing a case through from inception to completion
- Experience of using a legal case management systems
